The Pentair Impeller Lock Screw (355389Z) is the OEM replacement locking screw for the impeller assembly in Pentair's Challenger, SuperFlo, and SuperMax inground pump families.

The impeller lock screw secures the impeller to the motor shaft, preventing it from loosening under the rotational forces generated during pump operation. A missing or damaged screw allows the impeller to shift on the shaft, resulting in reduced flow, vibration, and accelerated wear to both the impeller and shaft seal. This is a single screw per unit.
