The Pentair Six Button Membrane Keypad (461106) is the OEM replacement control interface for MasterTemp, Max-E-Therm, and ETi series gas heaters manufactured after May 6, 2021. If your heater's keypad is unresponsive, has cracked or worn button legends, or fails to register inputs, this is the direct replacement.

This keypad is designed for Pentair heaters manufactured after 5/6/2021 only. Heaters built before this date use a different membrane keypad. Verify your heater's manufacture date on the serial number label before ordering.

What It Does
The six-button membrane keypad is the primary user interface on the heater's control panel, allowing the operator to set temperature, toggle modes, and navigate heater functions. A failed or damaged membrane pad prevents accurate input registration, making the heater unresponsive to commands. Replacing the membrane pad restores full control functionality without requiring replacement of the entire control board assembly.
