This contactor fits 3-phase UltraTemp models and all single-phase UltraTemp models produced after 2014. Single-phase units manufactured prior to 2015 require a different contactor. Verify your unit's phase configuration and manufacture date before ordering.

This is a mains-voltage electrical component inside a heat pump. Installation or replacement must be performed by a licensed pool professional or qualified HVAC technician. Do not attempt to service high-voltage components without proper certification.
The contactor is the high-current switching relay that controls power delivery to the compressor and other load circuits within the UltraTemp heat pump. When a contactor fails — through worn contacts, coil burnout, or pitting from arcing — the heat pump will not start or will cycle erratically. Replacing the contactor with the correct OEM part restores reliable electrical switching and protects downstream components from irregular power delivery.
