The ETi 400 heater ships from the factory configured for Natural Gas. This kit supplies the propane-rated orifice components necessary to reconfigure the heater for LP gas service. Correct orifice sizing is critical to safe combustion — using the wrong orifice can result in incomplete combustion, sooting, or hazardous operating conditions. This kit ensures the correct OEM-specified components are installed for Propane operation.

Before ordering, confirm your ETi 400 heater's current gas configuration by checking the rating label on the heater cabinet — it will state "Natural Gas" or "LP/Propane." This kit is only required if your heater is currently set up for Natural Gas and you are switching to Propane supply. If your unit was already factory-ordered for Propane, this kit is not needed. Always have the conversion performed by a licensed professional and verify the gas supply pressure matches the ETi 400's LP specifications before startup.
