About This Item
OEM Replacement Control Board for IntelliChem® Systems
The Pentair 521319Z is the OEM replacement PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) controller for Pentair IntelliChem® Chemical Controller Systems. If your IntelliChem controller is displaying faults, failing to respond to commands, or has suffered a board-level failure, this is the direct replacement control board for that system.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Electrical control components must be installed or replaced by a qualified electrician or certified pool technician. The IntelliChem® controller operates on mains voltage. Do not attempt to service or replace this board without proper certification and with power fully disconnected at the breaker.
The PCBA controller is the central processing board of the IntelliChem® system, managing chemical dosing logic, sensor inputs, and output commands to chemical feed equipment. A failed or damaged controller board will prevent the system from regulating sanitizer and pH levels correctly. Replacing this board with the OEM Pentair part restores factory-programmed control logic to the IntelliChem® unit.

Pro Tip
Before ordering a replacement control board, confirm the fault is board-level and not caused by a failed sensor, wiring harness, or power supply issue — these components are serviced separately. Match the part number 521319Z to the label on your existing board before purchasing. Have a certified pool technician perform the swap with power fully isolated at the breaker panel.
