This is the after change date (2011) version of the IntelliChlor System Transformer. If your EasyTouch load center was manufactured or serviced before 2011, verify the part number on your existing transformer before ordering — an earlier version may be required.
The IntelliChlor System Transformer provides the stepped-down voltage supply that powers the IntelliChlor SCG module within the EasyTouch load center enclosure. When this transformer fails, the IntelliChlor cell loses communication and power, halting chlorine generation even when the rest of the automation system continues to operate normally. Replacing this transformer restores SCG function without requiring replacement of the full load center assembly.
