About This Item
The Pentair Saddle Clamp for 2" Pipe (521512) is the OEM replacement saddle clamp for the Pentair IntelliChem Commercial Chemical Controller, designed for installation on 2" pipe.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: CHECK VALVE REQUIRED — SOLD SEPARATELY
This saddle clamp requires a compatible check valve for proper installation. The check valve is not included with this part and must be ordered separately.
The saddle clamp mounts directly onto 2" pipe to provide a secure, stable attachment point for the IntelliChem system's chemical injection components. A properly seated saddle clamp ensures a leak-free connection between the controller's dosing assembly and the return line. If the existing clamp is cracked, stripped, or no longer seating correctly, it should be replaced before the next chemical dosing cycle to maintain system integrity.

Pro Tip
Before ordering, confirm your IntelliChem system is plumbed with 2" pipe — this clamp is sized specifically for 2" pipe and will not seat correctly on smaller pipe diameters. Also note that a check valve is required for proper installation and is not included; source that companion part at the same time to avoid a second service visit.
