The Pentair 6020006Z is the OEM replacement shaft O-ring for Pentair slide valve assemblies. This Buna-N 70 Shore #112 O-ring seals the valve shaft, preventing water from bypassing the valve and maintaining system pressure integrity.

Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard® Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.

The shaft O-ring creates a watertight seal around the valve's moving shaft. When this O-ring wears or degrades, water leaks past the shaft — a common sign that replacement is overdue.
