About This Item
ORP Sensor — Acu-Trol® AK110 & AK600 Chemical Controllers
The Pentair 744000330 is the OEM replacement Red ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) sensor for the Acu-Trol® AK110 and AK600 Commercial Chemical Controllers. If your existing ORP sensor has failed or requires replacement, this is the factory-matched component for those controller models.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Electrical control components must be installed or replaced by a qualified electrician or certified pool technician. The AK110 and AK600 are commercial-grade chemical controllers involving mains-voltage and chemical dosing systems. Do not service these components without proper certification.
The ORP sensor monitors the oxidation-reduction potential of the pool or spa water, providing the controller with the real-time electrochemical signal it uses to regulate sanitizer dosing. A degraded or failed ORP sensor results in inaccurate readings and loss of automated chemical control. This sensor uses a BNC connector and is identified by its red color — confirm the color and connector type against your existing sensor before ordering.

Pro Tip
ORP sensors are color-coded on Acu-Trol® controllers — red identifies the ORP sensor; do not confuse it with the pH sensor, which uses a different color and part number. Before ordering, verify the color and BNC connector type match your existing sensor exactly. If your controller has been in service for several years, consider replacing both the ORP and pH sensors at the same time to restore full measurement accuracy across the system.
