The Pentair 79107800Z is the OEM replacement 4-inch clear tempered lens for SpaBrite® and AquaLight® underwater pool and spa lights manufactured after May 1991.
IMPORTANT: LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Pool lighting components operate in wet environments. Installation must comply with NEC Article 680 and be performed by a licensed electrician.
IMPORTANT: MANUFACTURING DATE REQUIREMENT
This lens fits SpaBrite® and AquaLight® fixtures manufactured after May 1991 only. Verify your fixture's manufacturing date before ordering — earlier fixtures use a different lens specification.
The tempered lens is the outer optical cover of the light fixture, protecting the internal lamp assembly from water intrusion while transmitting light into the pool or spa. A cracked, chipped, or compromised lens must be replaced immediately — a damaged lens allows water ingress that can destroy the lamp assembly and create a serious electrical hazard.

Before ordering, confirm the lens diameter stamped or printed on your existing lens or fixture housing matches the 4" specification of this part. SpaBrite® and AquaLight® fixtures have been produced in multiple lens sizes — ordering the wrong diameter will result in a lens that cannot seal correctly. Have a licensed electrician perform the replacement and inspect the gasket and lens retaining ring at the same time; replacing a damaged lens without also checking the surrounding seal components risks continued water ingress.
