The Pentair Base with Motor Pad (C104-79P) is the OEM replacement base for the Max-E-Pro series inground pump. This is the structural base that mounts the motor to the pump body — if your existing base is cracked, broken, or missing the motor isolation pad, this is the correct replacement assembly.
The base positions and supports the motor at the correct alignment relative to the pump wet end. The included motor pad (C35-44) isolates the motor from the base, reducing vibration transmission and protecting the motor mounting feet during operation.
