The Pentair Sleeve (C23-58) is the OEM replacement sleeve for the C/CC Series and D Series centrifugal pumps.
The sleeve fits over the pump shaft at the mechanical seal interface, protecting the shaft from wear, corrosion, and scoring caused by seal contact. When a worn or damaged sleeve is left in service, it accelerates shaft seal failure and can allow water ingress into the motor — making timely sleeve replacement a critical part of any shaft seal service.
