The Swimline Silver King Rectangular (Rectangle) Pool Cover is made of extra strong polyethylene sheeting woven with thick polyethylene stitching, which provides superior strength and durability with a 10 x 10 weave scrim backed by a 2 year guarantee and 15 year pro-rated warranty. The winter cover is treated to provide maximum resistance to damaging ultraviolet rays to inhibit deterioration and increase longevity. Adding a Pro Strength in-ground winter pool cover will protect your pool from the harsher elements of winter and keeps debris, algae and bacteria out of the water, minimizing maintenance when re-opening the pool in spring. What Size Is the Cover I Am Getting?

These are confusing with you choosing a pool size and there being an "overlap". When you choose a cover that matches your "Pool Size", you are getting a cover that is 5' beyond that - it would be 2.5' on each side of the pool, minus any DROP into the pool depending on your water level.

Example: A 20' x 40' Rectangular Cover with 5' Overlap would measure 25' x 45' on a flat surface. Check the SKU/Part Number you are ordering if unsure - notice these are labeled as this example Part Number "CO142545R" when you order, which breaks down as:

"CO14": Swimline Silver King line
"2545" - 25' x 45' total size
"R" - Rectangular
"RS" - if there was an "RS" or "LS" on the end, this would be Right Step or Left Step

Rectangle Pools & Steps

If your rectangular pool has a step extension (commonly 4' x 8'), when facing your pool from the shallow end side, choose steps that are "Right Step or Left Steps" as shown below. The covers for these extend 4' beyond the existing cover dimensions with a width of 14' to ensure an overlap for your steps entry area.
