FireFighter1 100 Foot Adaptive Hose System

The FireFighter1™ 100 ft hose system connects to a compatible pool plumbing installation kit (such as a 3-way diverter) to let homeowners use existing pool water as a high-flow fire hose during fire emergencies.

FireFighter1 Hose System Includes

• 100 feet of quality 1-1/2" nylon fire hose:
  • 50 ft main hose with male polypropylene cam-lock quick-connect adapter on one end and an adjustable fire hose nozzle on the opposite end.
  • 50 ft hose extension with male polypropylene cam-lock quick-connect adapter on one end and female polypropylene cam-lock on the opposite end.
• Adjustable fire hose nozzle for variable spray patterns and reach.
• Polypropylene cam-lock female adapter for quick-connecting the hose to pool piping (glues into the 3-way diverter or similar connection).
• 1-1/2" Charlotte Pipe coupler to connect the adapter to the 3-way diverter.
• Durable polypropylene storage casing to store the hose, preserve integrity, and keep the hose folded for easy expansion during use.

Required Installation Connection (Sold Separately)

A 3-way diverter installation kit or similar connection is required to connect FireFighter1™ to the pool plumbing system.

• 3-port water diverter, 2" to 2-1/2" positive never-lube valve.
• 1-1/2" Charlotte Pipe coupler.
• Two (2) 2" couplers.

How FireFighter1™ Works

FireFighter1™ is designed to connect to a water resource such as a pool, holding tank, pond, canal, lake, or similar source with a pump 2.5 hp or higher. Once installed, the system redirects water through the fire hose, allowing high-volume discharge to help protect structures and landscaping in a fire emergency.

Using FireFighter1™ When Pool Water Drops Below the Skimmer

If the pool pump piping setup does not have the capability to redirect water flow from the lower main drain, a FireFighter1™ suction hose and strainer can be used as an alternative failsafe option to access all the water in the pool during a fire emergency.

FireFighter1™ Suction Hose Accessory

A FireFighter1™ suction hose and strainer can be plugged into the inlet port under the skimmer basket to pull water directly from the pool during an emergency.

Other FireFighter1™ Hose Size Options

• 50 ft hose – Works for up to approximately 1/4-acre properties depending on pool pump location (approx. 8" x 14" x 17" – 13.5 lbs).
• 100 ft hose – Covers about a 1/2-acre, depending on pool pump location. Two 50 ft hoses can be selected instead of a single 100 ft length to lighten weight and increase use options; simply add a note to the order (approx. 16" x 16" x 8" – 28 lbs).
• Fight Fire First Trusted Pool Partners – 50 ft and 100 ft extensions are available for large properties, extending fire hose coverage beyond 500 ft. Custom sizes are available.
