The Unicel C-9403 is a 9000 Series 150 sq. ft. replacement filter cartridge engineered for large-capacity residential pool filtration. With 218 precision-spaced pleats of 4 oz. Reemay® 2040 spunbond polyester, this cartridge delivers maximum surface area and long service life in the Waterway Clearwater 150 system.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: No Center Core — Standpipe-Dependent Design
This cartridge contains no internal center core. It is designed to mount directly over your filter housing's built-in standpipe, which provides central support and creates the seal. Do not attempt to install this cartridge in a housing that does not have an integrated standpipe. Verify your Waterway Clearwater 150 housing before ordering.

Pro Tip: The C-9403 has asymmetric inner diameters — 5 13/16" at the top and 6 1/16" at the bottom. This is by design and ensures correct orientation on your housing standpipe. Before ordering, measure both ends of your existing cartridge to confirm orientation. If your existing cartridge has collapsed or deformed, measure the standpipe diameter at both ends of your Waterway Clearwater 150 housing instead. Install with the smaller-opening end at the top.
