The Unicel C-7466 is a 7000 Series precision-engineered replacement filter cartridge delivering 65 sq. ft. of filtration area in a compact 14 3/4" profile. With 164 deep-set pleats of 3 oz. Reemay 2033 spun-bond polyester media, this cartridge maximizes dirt-holding capacity and extends cleaning intervals — keeping your Sundance spa water crystal clear between service visits.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: OUTER DIAMETER DIFFERENCE — THIS IS NORMAL
The original Sundance OEM filter (6540-481) measured 8" in outer diameter. The Unicel C-7466 is engineered at 7 1/2" OD and is the industry-standard replacement for both the 7-1/2" and 8" OD versions. If your old filter measured 8", the C-7466 is still the correct replacement — this dimensional difference is by design and does not affect fit or performance.
