Basic Service Performance
This economical seal delivers reliable performance for standard residential pools using traditional chlorine sanitization. The Buna elastomer construction provides excellent chemical resistance to chlorine while maintaining cost-effectiveness for budget-conscious pool owners. Ideal for pools where basic leak protection is the primary concern and premium materials are not required.
Application Guidelines
Recommended for: Standard residential swimming pools with chlorine sanitization, indoor pools, commercial pools with regular maintenance schedules.
Consider upgrading to Viton® seals for: Salt chlorine generator systems, ozone or UV sanitization, outdoor pools in harsh climates, or applications requiring extended service intervals.
