The U.S. Seal PS-200 is a 5/8" Basic Service pool pump shaft seal that replaces the original seal in Aqua Flo Flo-Master, Jacuzzi Cygnet and Pentair Challenger pumps.
IMPORTANT: CHOOSE THE RIGHT GRADE
U.S. Seal lists its Premier Viton grade for salt chlorine generators, ozonators, bromine and chlorine, in residential or commercial pools; the PS-3867 Premier Viton seal fits every pump listed here.
This seal stops water from leaking along the motor shaft into the motor. It's built with Buna elastomers, a molded plastic primary ring, a ceramic seat and stainless steel hardware. U.S. Seal lists the Basic grade for residential chlorine pools.

Original seal numbers vary across the pump lines listed, so match the number printed on your old seal, or measure the shaft diameter with calipers and compare it to the 5/8" shaft size above. Then use the seal finder or contact our team. Replace both halves of the seal together, and keep the new seal faces clean and dry until they go in. Turn off power to the pump at the breaker before you open it. If you're not comfortable working on a pump motor, call a pool pro.
