The Hayward Super Pump VS 615 Variable-Speed Pump w/ OmniX (W3VSP26615) delivers programmable, energy-efficient circulation for in-ground pools, with on-board Bluetooth® automation built right into the motor — no separate controller required to get started.

IMPORTANT: DUAL VOLTAGE CONFIGURATION
This pump operates on 115V or 230V, selected via an internal jumper, and ships factory pre-configured for 230V. Any voltage changes should be made by a qualified electrician.

Unique Features & Technology

  • Bluetooth® wireless control via the Hayward OmniX mobile app — on/off, a custom speed slider, preset speeds, schedules, countdown timers, diagnostics, and alerts, all from a smartphone.
  • Fully configurable operation, including time-of-day schedules, true variable-speed programming, and water temperature monitoring through an included sensor installed in the plumbing between pump and filter.
  • Away-from-home control is available when paired with the optional Hayward OmniX Gateway accessory (sold separately); an existing Hayward OmniLogic account can also be used to log in to the OmniX app.
  • Part of the OmniX equipment ecosystem, allowing compatible Hayward devices to connect without a separate centralized controller.
  • Standalone operation is also available — disconnect the OmniX module cable and run the pump on single-button legacy programming (HIGH, MED, LOW, STOP).
  • Self-lubricating motor bearings and shaft seal mean no routine lubrication is required.
  • Built-in, app-configurable freeze protection helps guard plumbing during cold snaps.

Pool Size & Application

The Super Pump VS 615 is built for permanently installed in-ground pools (and marked hot tubs/spas). It is not intended for storable pools. For exact sizing guidance, consult Hayward's pump sizing resources for your specific pool volume and plumbing configuration.

System Integration

Control runs through the Hayward OmniX mobile app over Bluetooth® for local, on-deck programming. Add the optional Hayward OmniX Gateway (W3GATEWAYX1) to enable remote/away-from-home access over your home network. Owners with an existing Hayward OmniLogic account can log in to OmniX using those same credentials, and the pump can also run independently of the app in standalone mode.

Set your freeze-protection thresholds directly in the OmniX app before the first cold snap — the built-in, configurable freeze-protect feature will cycle the pump automatically to help protect plumbing without manual intervention. When servicing the strainer lid O-ring, lubricate it with Jack's 327 only and hand-tighten the strainer cover; tools or wrenches can damage the housing threads.
